Automatic condition monitoring solution based on advanced spectral analysis and AI for fault detection and localization

About us

Our clients are companies with rotating assets, such as motors, turbines, pumps, gears or bearings. This covers a wide range of sectors such as: aeronautics, energy, food industry, etc. These rotating components are essential assets for their processes, where undetected problems can result in brutal production shutdowns, security issues and/or long downtime. Therefore, knowing in advance the existence of a fault helps reducing downtime by achieving more efficient operational planning and inventory management. Thanks to the scalable and automatic nature of our software, it can be integrated into existing fleet and asset management solutions to increase their reliability. Our software “AStrion” monitors the health state of rotating components by detecting, localizing and tracking existing faults without the need for historical data, which avoids sudden shutdowns. This results in more efficient assets management that leads to a more cost-effective operation and maintenance. Using measurements of vibration sensors such as: accelerometers, for each signal, a set of indicators is automatically calculated thanks to an innovative frequency peak extraction technique, the outcome of more than 20 years of research of Nadine Martin. By observing the evolution of indicators across new signals, artificial intelligence will raise alarms for any suspicious evolution. A user-friendly interface lists the localized faulty components for the user to react quickly. It also allows digging deep into the results which helps with root-cause-analysis. The fault detection process is not a black box unlike many of the existing solutions. We offer a free-of-charge testing contract for 2-3 months where you could test AStrion. It is currently available on the cloud and can be accessed via any web browser. It can also be installed on the company’s internal servers. We are also looking for collaborations with companies selling sensors and acquisition systems in order to complement our offer.

🌿🌍 𝑹𝒆𝒇𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑨𝒍𝒍-𝑬𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒚 & 𝑫𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒃𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒆 𝑬𝒙𝒉𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒊𝒏 𝑮𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒈𝒐𝒘! 🌍🌿 I am thrilled to share my recent experience at the #AllEnergy & Decarbonise Exhibition, held in Glasgow on May 15-16. This event, the UK’s largest gathering for the low carbon energy and full supply chain renewables sector, was a remarkable opportunity to connect with both private and public sector energy suppliers and users dedicated to advancing renewable energy solutions. Throughout the two days of uninterrupted business, I had the privilege to meet and network with some of the brightest minds and leading organizations within the renewable energy community. The vibrant atmosphere and the collaborative spirit of the event provided an excellent platform to discuss and explore innovative solutions driving the transition to a more sustainable future. One of the highlights of my participation was presenting the revolutionary Condition-Monitoring system proposed by ASTRIIS. This cutting-edge technology garnered significant interest from various UK renewable operators and supply chain actors. The enthusiasm and positive feedback I received underscore the critical role that advanced condition monitoring can play in enhancing the efficiency and reliability of renewable energy systems. The exhibition offered invaluable insights and connections, reaffirming the importance of continuous innovation and collaboration in the renewable energy sector. I am excited about the future prospects and potential partnerships that emerged from this event, and I look forward to contributing further to the sustainable energy revolution. Thank you to everyone who engaged in discussions, and shared their perspectives. Let's continue to work together towards a greener, more sustainable world! 🌱💡 #AllEnergy2024 #RenewableEnergy #Sustainability #ConditionMonitoring #ASTRIIS #GreenFuture #EnergyInnovation #Decarbonisation #Networking #Renewables Feel free to share your thoughts and experiences from the event in the comments below!
