MIX.E 2025: ASTRIIS at the heart of the maintenance and energy transition debate
In May 2025, Nicolas Saubin, president and co-founder of ASTRIIS, represented the start-up at the MIX.E trade show, France’s major event for the energy transition. He took part in a debate moderated by Ingrid Milcent on behalf of Tenerrdis, the competitiveness cluster dedicated to the energy transition of which ASTRIIS is an active member. The debate brought together key players from the energy sector around the challenges of maintaining renewable energy production equipment.
Anticipating wind turbine failures: a direct lever for green energy production
Nicolas Saubin highlighted the strategic role of predictive maintenance in the performance and durability of renewable energy production equipment. His contribution focused particularly on ASTRIIS’s potential for the wind energy sector: anticipating a breakdown up to nine months in advance means avoiding production losses, reducing the carbon footprint associated with maintenance operations and anticipatory part replacements, and improving turbine availability rates — a crucial challenge for the competitiveness of renewable energies.
ASTRIIS in the Tenerrdis ecosystem: predictive maintenance and industrial decarbonisation
ASTRIIS’s presence at MIX.E confirms its anchoring in the energy transition ecosystem and its ambition to make predictive maintenance of rotating machines a key lever for industrial decarbonisation. An ambition backed by ADEME’s TASE PME programmes and France 2030, and validated by collaborations with TotalEnergies and EDF on wind energy pilot projects.
